by making a purchase on this website you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated below.

all transactions on this site are final and cannot be cancelled. exchanges and credit refunds are subject to the conditions stated below.

nuun will accept returns if the customer adheres to the following:

- returned within a 7 day period

- unworn or unused.

- undamaged and unwashed by customer.

- returned with all tags and in the original packaging.

sale items will not be eligible for return.

return costs will not be covered by nuun.

once the garment or product has been returned and approved by the nuun team, an email will be sent to the customer stating the refund amount that will be credited to the customer to be used on our online store.

the return costs will be covered by nuun if there is a flaw detected in the prodction of the garment or product, in which case a replacement garment or product will be offered or if the customer prefers, credit to the same amount of the product purchased.

returns outside of south africa will unfortunately not be eligible for returns.
